Social Enterprise
The official definition of a social enterprise is:

“A business or service with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners”.

School For Start-ups

JogPost® was chosen from hundreds of social enterprises by Doug Richard’s (Dragon’s Den) to be
‘Featured Entrepreneurs’ at his llustrious School 4 Start-ups in January 2010, giving a talk about the
company and the many ways in which we are transforming the direct mail industry. http://www.schoolforstartups.co.uk

JogPost® brings dignity back to the profession.

For a very long time now the leaflet distribution industry has been one of the very worst in regards to illegal labour, and exploitation.

JogPost® is transforming the industry by being the first company to pay significantly more than the minimum wage to their distributors. Our distributors are therefore of much higher calibre. They love their job and in return work incredibly hard providing the best service in the industry.

English Lessons

JogPost® is the only company that requires all it’s distributors to speak a good level of English. Unfortunately many of the people who apply for jobs within our company do not meet our minimum standard. JogPost® provides free English lessons to those who want and need them. We have 2 TEFL teachers working full time in the head office.

Eco-Friendly Direct Mail Plant Trees | Save Lives

JogPost® knows that leaflet distribution can be harmful to the environment so we have taken this opportunity to become the first green media distribution company. We work along side The Eden Project replanting thousands of trees to replace the one’s used in the manufacture of our client’s media.

The mission of Eden Reforestation Projects (ERP) is to recreate healthy forest systems that restore hope, alleviate suffering, empower people, and build local economies in impoverished communities. In more simple terms ERP employs thousands of national workers that plant millions of trees each year in Ethiopia, Madagascar, and in the near future in Haiti as well. In this way the workers lives are turned around economically even as their environment is restored. Please help save the planet and make a donation. You can do this at - www.edenprojects.org
